It's now time for us to get serious about proportional representation. Most European countries have had it in some form for many years, and this kind of nonsense and sandbox fighting doesn't happen. Most are some variation on the people voting for the PARTY of their choice, and the leaders of the parties decide which of their members fill the seats proportionally allotted to them by the votes .
