Your Valley Frontline Resource Fair coming October 2
Come and discover the wealth of social services in your community at the Lewis Centre (Courtenay Rec) on Thursday, October 2, 2008 from 1- 4pm.
The AHERO Event Committee is presenting the second annual Your Valley Frontline Resource Fair. From health to families, employment to recreation, meet the organizations and people offering valuable services in your community.
“We’re looking forward to another successful event,” said Roger Kishi, AHERO Event Committee member. “This event is an excellent opportunity for the public to learn about our valuable community services, and for the organizations to network.”
The event has been organized completely “in kind”. From Courtenay Rec. providing the venue, organizations participating in the planning, Cumberland Regional Hospital Laundry providing table cloths, and the organizations staffing their info tables.
