Cumberland firefighters work to extinguish a flaming excavator on Sunday.
Cumberland's fire chief is fuming after firefighters were blocked from extinguishing a suspicious fire that saw an excavator set ablaze early Sunday morning.

A concerned resident alerted firefighters to the blaze at the proposed Bell Group development site near Egremont Rd. and Kendall St. at about 7:15 a.m.
