Rhianna Walz and her mother Jude travelled to the northeast corner of Assam this fall in the company of Pompy Ghosh, coordinator of Fertile Ground's organic farming centre.

While they were there, they visited the site of a new project Fertile Ground will be working on next year. Volunteers from Canada will be working with villagers to create garden areas next to local elementary schools.
