Teresa spoke as a representative of a recently formed, self-chosen, citizen action group called the Cumberland Wetlands Advisory Committee (CWAC).

The group recently made a well-received presentation to Cumberland Village Council regarding the establishment of a wildlife sanctuary as part of the village's sewage treatment plant.
