A sunny Saturday walk through the Cumberland Forest and up Dunsmuir Ave. presented Terry and I with a wide variety of encounters with what the village has to offer. Enjoy!
I am happy to report that the picture shown below of the ball diamond rubble resulting from December storms was sent to Kevin Fitzgerald, public works foreman for the Village of Cumberland. Doing so resulted in an immediate clean-up of the area. Thanks Kevin!
The bottom picture shows how thieves gained entry early Saturday morning to Benn Pridham's FusionBoardworx shop. Approximately $3000 worth of merchandise was stolen. (see attached list).
Anyone with information relevant to this crime is asked to please contact Const Sandhu of the RCMP at 338-1321.
