HI Dwayne; thanks for the letter and congratulations on getting your website - the cumberlander -  "live"; while I appreciate your invitation to "dialogue" in your "open letter" format and while I recognize the benefits that will accrue to you and your website if you are able to "engage" me in an ongoing dialogue on the site, I would prefer to continue to deal "face-to-face" with the Cumberland public in regards to the project.  I have personally attended every public meeting held in respect of the project over the past 14 months and I intend on attending every public meeting upcoming.  There is ample opportunity for the citizens of Cumberland to speak with me - I am in the community on a weekly basis, if not more frequently of late and have spoken with some by telephone, others via email and, of course, many in person.  Thanks for the invitation and I look forward to speaking with you at future meetings!  Enjoy the sunshine!  John
