I spoke with Judy in the Village office this morning about work going on behind Willard Ave. Phase 4 has yet to receive Council's approval.

I informed her that trees have been marked with flagging tape, and some seedlings have been hacked down. Also there has been some blasting going on.

Judy said she would check with the agent and get back to me.
