Happy to pass this along.
Learned today that a portion of the $50,000. was returned to our coffers from the law firm previously retained by the Board of Trustees when Union Bay Improvement District was suing me for defamation.
I guess that makes it clear the Union Bay Improvement District is not obligated to continue funding any on going litigation. Great news for landowners. The last thing we need is another money pit.
Another step in the right direction.

Write a letter

If anyone feels there is wrong doing - they should immediately write a letter to the Board and if they are not satisfied with the results, they have the option of contacting the Ombudsperson Office. I have found the investigator assigned to my case to be very helpful and professional.

Apparently there are still confidentiality issues within the Board of the UBID. How is it that Mary Reynolds is informed about UBID business and legal matters before there is any mention of it by the Chair at a public board meeting.
At least a portion of these funds can replace those that were used by the present Board to pay Mary off.
