Pay attention Cumberlanders

There is no confirmed servicing plan for this development and yet we are seeing it brought to the residents. The site does not have a water source set up at this time (where is this approved and ready to go well) and we are maxed out on our sewer yet.....here we go anyway. Where are the parks in the vicinity of the large multi-family areas and housing in the top corner of this development? The small pocket park that was up next to the west side of Egremont subdivision has been moved. This is supposed to be a "land use plan" that will happen when the site is able to be serviced. Tiny lots, not enough park space, a lack of onsite parking for those homes with more than one car (e.g. suites) and sketchy details on any specifics. Let's create more roads in Cumberland where our fire trucks can barely get through because there are so many cars parked on both sides of the streets. But let's just pretend we have all of the important details worked out and wing it. But of course we can’t really legally subdivide it without the ability to have it serviced can we? So what are we doing?
