Still searching for chemtrails’ thread of truthDear editor,
We were alarmed to see the headline in the Record’s letter section May 22, declaring that
chemtrails are nothing but “hot air,” and implying that the phenomenon is a hoax.
When we awake each morning and look out our window to see what the weather will bring for the day, and observe multiple jet trails crisscrossing the sky, we can’t help but wonder if this pollution is a danger to our health, regardless of what it is called.
When we first heard about the existence of “chemtrails”, and their difference from what is termed “contrails,” we wanted to find out if there was any truth to the opinions of some that they might be causing widespread damage to the Earth’s ecosystems.
We found ample scientific evidence, as well as many government documents declaring that the spraying of particulate aerosols would be useful for multiple purposes, not the least alarming of which was military.
This is our life, and our planet they are engineering, and that is why we are trying to understand the issue.
From our extensive inquiries, we have come to the conclusion that it is of the utmost importance that the public get informed, and pressure our representatives of government to tell us exactly why it is denying answers to the questions that many concerned citizens have posed.
The government is supposed to be taking care of us, as our hired custodians, not withholding information because we might get outraged. Fortunately, we still have places where honest individuals are publishing their findings. The thread of truth is woven throughout, and we just have to find an end, and start pulling.
We read with dismay the
comments published by airline pilot Danny Bereza regarding the chemtrail controversy. Experienced and as authoritative as Mr. Bereza claims to be, we do not find his arguments against the existence of chemtrails to be at all convincing.
His implication that the failed passage of Senator Kucinich’s comprehensive bill to enact a Space Preservation Act in some way negates the existence of chemtrails is, to our mind, completely insubstantial. We do, however, find his call for people to investigate chemtrails for themselves to be of merit.
In our own research about this important topic we have found the scholarly work of William Thomas, Hornby Island author of the book Chemtrails Confirmed, to be particularly informative:

Also, we wish to applaud stay-at-home mom Tanya MacDonald for initiating public discourse on this important subject through her blog
