I learned recently that the NANAIMO REGIONAL DISTRICT, (which includes some surrounding municipalities) has begun to work on a zero waste plan.

Seems like a good idea!
Seems that our RD should be going in that direction, BUT
Where is he will?? and
What are the steps that will lead to a ZWP for this region?

Let's pool our ideas in the Cumberlander, and see if we can create a critical mass that will explode into action.
