At a recent meeting with concerned citizens, Mayor Fred Bates and Inspector Tom Gray of the RCMP I invited everyone to use The Cumberlander to communicate with the community at large about issues associated with crime prevention. Here is a response to that invitation from Inspector Gray:

Attached is a copy of the community letter that we are proposing to deliver around the immediate vicinity of a known drug trafficker's residence. I believe it is explanatory and I will plan to go in more detail at this evening meeting.
