Within the last month, someone has taken the time to chop down this fine tree near lakeside in Cumberland's beautiful Comox Lake Park.

I am dismayed at what I see as a crime against nature and against our village community. I really would like to understand why someone would do this , so if you have any information in that regard, please do not hesitate to share it with me. Thank you.
